ASPOCOMP LOWERS ITS NET SALES FORECAST AND SPECIFIES PROFIT ESTIMATE FOR 2012

Aspocomp Group Plc, Company Announcement, December 7, 2012 at 3:40 p.m.

Due to a weak demand within all customer segments Aspocomp lowers its net sales
forecast for 2012. According to the new forecast net sales is anticipated to be
on year 2011 level. The operating result is anticipated to be 2.0 to 3.5
percent of the net sales. 

In its previous outlook (Company Announcement on October 11, 2012) Aspocomp
lowered its net sales and operating result forecast and estimated net sales to
be slightly higher than in 2011 and operating result was anticipated to be at a
satisfactory level with respect to the industry sector, but to fall
significantly short of 2011.
