Bittium Corporation ("Bittium" or "Company") has received on October 27, 2015
the following notification:

FLAGGING ANNOUNCEMENT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 9, SECTION 5 OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES
MARKET ACT

2. Name of the shareholder subject to notification obligation

Jukka Harju

3. Reason for the notification

Transfer or acquisition of shares or voting rights. Jukka Harju's holdings in
Bittium Corporation have decreased below the 5 per cent flagging threshold of
shares and voting rights. The decrease took place on October 27, 2015. After
transferring the shares the aggregate holdings of Jukka Harju total to
1,774,100 shares in Bittium, corresponding to 4.99 per cent of Bittium's shares
and voting rights.

The total number of shares in Bittium Corporation is 35,578,835. The shares of
the Company are listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. The Company has one
series of shares. Each share has one vote.
