Unaudited results for the first quarter of 2009

During January-March 2009 according to IFAS the total net loss 
of the Company  is 11 931 thou. LTL (3 455 thou. EUR).
During January-March 2008 according to IFAS the Company
gained 70 285 thou. LTL (20 356 thou. EUR) net profit.

Sales income for the products and services of the Company during 
January-March 2009 - 276 601 thou. LTL (80 109 thou. EUR).
There were 255 887 t of the basic product DAP sold, 
earning 254 188 thou. LTL (73 618 thou. EUR).

Sales income during January-March 2008 - 331 509 thou. LTL (96 012 thou. EUR).
There were 193 122 t of DAP sold, earning 280 612 thou. LTL (81 271 thou. EUR).

The key drive of unsuccessful results for the 1st quarter 2009 was strongly
decreased diammonium phosphate selling price.
