LASSILA & TIKANOJA PLC BOARD OF DIRECTORS CONSTITUTIVE MEETING

In its constitutive meeting on 31 March 2010, the Board of Directors of Lassila& Tikanoja plc elected Matti Kavetvuo as Chairman of the Board and Juhani
Lassila as Vice Chairman. 

From among its members, the Board elected Juhani Lassila as Chairman of the
audit committee and Eero Hautaniemi and Miikka Maijala as members of the
committee. 

The Board decided to establish a remuneration committee. From among its
members, the Board elected Matti Kavetvuo as Chairman of the remuneration
committee and Heikki Bergholm and Hille Korhonen as members of the committee.
