DECISIONS OF THE EXTRA ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF AMANDA CAPITAL PLC           

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Amanda Capital Plc, held today in Helsinki,
decided according to the below stated proposal of the Board of Directors:       

Transfer of Amanda Capital Plc´s Share Premium Reserve and Other Reserves to    
unrestricted equity                                                             

The Board of Directors proposes that the Company's Share Premium Reserve, at 31 
December 2007 shall be decreased by EUR 18 926 777.92 by transferring all the   
funds to the Company's reserve for invested unrestricted equity. The Board also 
proposes that the Other Reserves at 31 December 2007 shall be decreased by EUR  
10 687 579.69 by transferring all the funds to the Company's reserve for        
invested unrestricted equity. After the transfers of the funds both Share       
Premium Reserve and Other Reserves are nil.
