Re submission of an request to remove from stock exchange secondary list

AB „ANYKŠČIŲ VYNAS“ (hereinafter referred as Company) informs that on 7th July  
 2015 the Company has submitted a request re removal of the Company's shares    
 from AB NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange secondary list, since both the       
 Company and the Company's shareholder Company group ALITA, AB (legal entity    
 code 302444238) have performed all the procedures established by legal acts    
 related to the execution of a decision to remove the Company's shares from     
 stock exchange secondary list and to suspend public offer of Company's shares  
 adopted by ordinary general meeting of shareholders on 22 April 2015.          
Company group ALITA, AB owns 95,35 percent of the Company's authorized capital  
 and votes' share (or 19 070 697 ordinary Company's shares), whereas UAB        
 „MINERALINIAI VANDENYS“ owns 2,21 percent of Company's authorized capital and  
 votes' share (or 442 296 ordinary shares of the Company). 2,44 percent of the  
 Company's authorized capital (or 487 007 ordinary Company's shares) are owned  
 by other shareholders of the Company.
