As of 1 January 2012, Kirsi Matero (M.Sc. Econ.) has been appointed HR Director
and Group Executive of Lassila & Tikanoja plc. Kirsi Matero (born in 1968) has
previously worked as a Group Vice President, Human Resources, in Atria Plc
since 2010. Before that Matero worked as an HR Director of Pfizer Oy, Finland,
since 2007. Before Pfizer Matero worked as a Senior Business HR Manager in
Nokia Mobile Phones. 

Matero reports to the President and CEO Pekka Ojanpää.

Inkeri Puputti, current HR Director, will leave the company.
