Hanner AB - Annual information

Regarding the disclosure of annual report of SC Hanner

This is to inform that SC “Hanner” can not disclose annual report for 2008 in
accordance with the legal requirements of Lithuanian Republic until April 30th,
2008, due of the fact that the audits of SC “Hanner” daughter companies JSC
„Hanner Vostok“, LLC „Stroitelnyje technologii budusego“, JSC „Hanner Invest“
and JSC „Hanner Invest“ daughter companies, acting in Ukraine, have not been
finished yet due to reasons beyond the control of SC “Hanner”. The audit of the
above mentioned companies is carried out by JSC “KPMG Ukraine”. Please be
informed that the annual report will be disclosed as soon as SC “Hanner” is in
the possession of audited financial statements of the above mentioned daughter
companies.
