Notification on the transaction of securities concluded by the persons closely associated with the managers of AB Lietuvos Dujos 


Vilnius, Lithuania, 2014-05-21 16:59 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In accordance
with the “Rules on the notifications of transactions in the issuer's securities
concluded by managers of issuers” approved by the Board of the Bank of
Lithuania, AB Lietuvos Dujos hereby informs on transaction concluded by the
persons related to the members of the Board of AB Lietuvos Dujos, by which
Lietuvos Energija, UAB purchased and E.ON Ruhrgas International GmbH sold
113,118,140 shares of AB Lietuvos Dujos, value of which is EUR 63,429,366.58.

issuer's securities concluded by the person closely associated with the manager
of the issuer.
