Fiskars Corporation has today published its Annual Report for the year 2010 as
a PDF file on the company's website www.fiskarsgroup.com. The Annual Report
comprises the Financial Statements and the Report by the Board of Directors for
the year 2010, as well as a business review. In addition, the Annual Report
contains Fiskars' Corporate Governance Statement for the year 2010 and Annual
Review of information published in 2010, which were first published on February
9, 2011. 

The Annual Report is attached to this release as a PDF file and is available on
Fiskars' website www.fiskarsgroup.com in Finnish, Swedish and English. The
printed Annual Report will be published during week 10.
