EFORE PLC NEW SHARE REGISTERED IN TRADE REGISTER

exchange release       July 12, 2013 at 10.35 a.m. 


Efore Plc's new 5,243,243 issued shares have been registered in the Trade
Register on July 12, 2013. After registering Efore currently has a total of
47,772,891 shares. 

Efore published on July 10, 2013 the acquisition, in which it purchased the
entire share capital of Roal Electronics S.p.A. The shares registered in the
Trade register were issued as part of the purchase price payment.
