2010 twelve-month interim information 



Siauliai, Lithuania, 2011-02-24 15:07 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 
AB GUBERNIJA publishes unaudited interim financial statements approved by the
Board. 

The twelve-months income in 2010 amounted at 34.47 million Lt (9.99 million
EUR) and increased by 46.2 percent in comparison with the income of 2009
amounting at 23.76 million Lt (6.88 million EUR). 

The EBITDA of 10.3 percent in 2010 increased by 32.73 percent in comparison
with the EBITDA of 7.76 percent in 2009. 

The EBITDA of the main activity sale income of 2010 was 3.47 million Lt (1
million EUR), and increased by 44.67 percent in comparison with the EBITDA of
the main activity sale income of 2009 amounting at 1.92 million Lt (0.56
million EUR). 

The twelve-month profit before taxes in 2010 amounts at 321.1 thousand Lt (93.1
thousand  EUR), whereas the result of twelve months in 2009 was loss-making and
amounted at 4 185.6 thousand Lt (1 213.2 thousand EUR).  Such change of the
results can be explained by optimisation of internal resources and the sale
policy pursued consistently and responsibly.
