LESTO - Notification on material event

Due to long-term loan agreement

LESTO AB, identification code 302577612, registered office placed at Aguonu
str. 26, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The total number of registered
ordinary shares issued by company is 603 944 593; ISIN code LT0000128449. 

Following the end of purchase procedures mandatory 15-day postponement, on 15
May, 2015 LESTO AB and Pohjola Bank Plc. signed a long-term loan agreement
according to which LESTO AB will be granted a loan of EUR 75 million. The
Commission of the tender has decided that Pohjola Bank Plc. has offered the
best bid. "Current favourable conditions in the market ensured attractive offer from
financial institutions. With the best bidder Pohjola Bank Plc. we closed the
cheapest contract over the past five years. We are glad to start cooperation
with Pohjola Bank Plc. This is the first contract with this bank. The funds
will be used to refinance the Company's financial liabilities and also, for the
working capital needs,” - says Andrius Bendikas, Director of Finance and
Administration division of LESTO AB. 

Maturity of the loan will be 5 years. The base interest rate - 1 month EURIBOR.
