Proha - Changes board/management/auditors

CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT OF PROHA'S SAFRAN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS AS

The managing director of Norwegian Safran Software Solutions AS, that is part of
Proha Plc's Safran Systems division, is changed. Svein Blomsø, Vice President of
Safran, is appointed as the new managing director of Safran Software Solutions  
AS and as the member of the Proha management team.                              

Svein Blomsø has a strong and versatile experience both in software sales and   
software business management. In his previous career he has been appointed among
others by Hewlett Packard Norge and Compaq Norge.                               

The former managing director of Safran Software Solutions AS and member of the  
Proha management team, Steinar Dalva, is not continuing within Proha Group.
