Bankas Snoras AB - Notification on material event

Concerning purchase of shares

We hereby inform you that AB Bank SNORAS Group's company UAB "SNORAS Investment
Management", having received permission from the Competition Council of LR,
finished the transaction whereby it acquired 51 per cent of the blocks of
shares of UAB "Nekilnojamojo turto gama", UAB "Stelita" and UAB "NT Panorama". 
UAB "SNORAS Investment Management" acquired the shares of the companies for the
symbolic price, which does not reflect the real value of the shares. AB Bank
SNORAS Group's investment in the companies is expressed in providing the loans,
whose amount to LTL 63 million, by refinancing to the companies the loans
granted by other entities.
