ANNOUNCEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10, OF THE SECURITIES MARKET
ACT ON A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS

After the registration of the new shares subscribed in the directed share issue
of Incap Corporation, the holdings of Göran Sundholm of Incap shares have
exceeded 5%. Göran Sundholm has subscribed a total of 500,000 new shares, and on
30 June 2010 his holdings of Incap Corporations'shares amounted to a total of
1,123,263 shares representing 7.9% of the shares and votes of Incap. After the
directed share issue, Incap Corporation (Business ID FI0608849-6) has a total of
14,180 880 shares entitling to an equal amount of votes.
