Since 1 February 2014 Vytautas Sinius is appointed to take a position of Chief Executive Officer of Šiaulių bankas AB

         Following the resolution of the Board of Šiaulių bankas AB passed on
23 December 2013 Vytautas Sinius has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer
of the Bank since 1 February 2014. On 23 December 2013 the Board of the Bank
has elected Vytautas Sinius as Deputy Chairman of the Board and since that day
delegated him to take a position of Chief Executive Officer during the Chief
Executive Officer's vacation time.
