JUHA KIVIKOSKI APPOINTED STONESOFT CORPORATION'S CHIEF OPERATING
OFFICER

Mr. Juha Kivikoski has been appointed Stonesoft Corporation's Chief
Operating Officer (COO) as of 1 December 2009. Mr. Kivikoski's main
areas of responsibility will be the development and extension of
Stonesoft Group's business. He will report to the CEO Ilkka
Hiidenheimo.

M.Sc. Juha Kivikoski joins Stonesoft from Siemens Enterprise
Communications Ltd, where he has acted as CEO since 2008. Previously
Kivikoski has held several positions at Stonesoft Corporation, the
latest of which was the VP of Sales, Europe."Stonesoft's strong growth in the emerging markets during the
previous years has shown their potential. Together with the targets
we have set for the Chinese market, this requires strengthening the
