English. 

Comptel's Annual Report includes the Board of Directors' Report and the
Financial Statements, the Corporate Governance Statement and the annual summary
of stock exchange releases for 2012. 

Comptel Corporation will not print the Annual Report for delivery. However, the
report or parts of it can be printed in PDF format at the website.
