VVO Group plc: VVO Group sells 1,344 apartments

VVO Group sells 1,344 apartments

VVO Group has today signed an SPA, whereby its various group companies will sell
in total 1,344 non-restricted apartments located across Finland to a company
managed by Avant Capital Partners.

The SPA contains terms and conditions typical for such a transaction and the
deal is estimated to be closed by February 2017.

The transaction will not have a material impact on VVO Group's financial result.

The parties have agreed that the transaction price will not be disclosed.
