On the 10th of December 2013  the Group of Vilkyskiu pienine AB has added a new
company named Pieno logistika AB with the authorized capital of 371 thousand
LTL. 
Pieno logistika AB was established in order to optimize separate kind of
activitiesin the Group. 
Planned activity of the new company will not have significant impact on the
Group's consolidated result.
