Change in the amount of Finnair treasury shares

Finnair has today transferred a total of 22,340 own shares held by the company
as treasury shares gratuitously to participants of FlyShare, Finnair Group's
Employee Share Savings Plan, as a reward payment according the rules of
FlyShare program. Finnair Board of Directors decided on the transfer according
to the rules of FlyShare program and based on the authorization granted by
Finnair Annual General Meeting 2013.
