Changes in CapMan Plc Group's management and Management Group

CapMan's Senior Partner and Head of Investor Services, Jerome Bouix,
M.Sc. (Econ.), has been appointed Deputy CEO of CapMan Plc
responsible for CapMan's own fund investments, fundraising for funds
managed by the Group, business development, and the Group's finances
and administration. Partner Göran Barsby, M.Sc. (Econ.) and Partner
and Head of CapMan Russia, Investment Operations, Hans Christian Dall
Nygård, M.Sc. (Econ.), have been appointed as new members of CapMan
Plc Group's Management Group. All these changes will be effective as
of 1 October 2009.

Senior Partner and Head of Investor Services, Jerome Bouix, has been
appointed Deputy CEO of CapMan Plc. The Investor Services team is
responsible for fundraising and the administration of CapMan funds,
performance monitoring of the funds' portfolio companies, the Group's
business development, investor relations and communications, as well
as legal matters. The Group Finances and Accounting, IT team, headed
by CFO Kaisa Arovaara, will report to Bouix as of 1 October 2009.
Bouix joined CapMan in 2000 and in addition to fundraising he has
been actively involved in the Nordic expansion of CapMan's operations
as well as the launching of new fund products. Prior to CapMan, Bouix
worked in the financing team of Finland's Ministry of Trade and
Industry.

Senior Partner Olli Liitola, who previously acted as Deputy CEO, will
focus on the investment activities of the funds managed by CapMan as
a member of their investment committees and will also have overall
responsibility for bank financing partnerships.

Partner Göran Barsby and Head of CapMan Russia, Investment
Operations, Partner, Hans Christian Dall Nygård, have been appointed
members of the Management Group."These changes in management are part of our strategic process in
which we defined the company's core competences. CapMan has now
entered a stage in its development in which my goal as CEO will be to
concentrate on developing our investment operations, and Olli Liitola
will be a valuable partner here. The expansion of Jerome Bouix'
responsibilities is a natural step forward in leveraging his
international experience. He will also now be responsible for one of
the cornerstones of our strategy, fund investments from CapMan's own
balance sheet. We have also updated the composition of the Management
Group to reflect our market areas and investment areas
comprehensively," says Heikki Westerlund, CEO of CapMan Plc.

CEO and Senior Partner Heikki Westerlund, CFO Kaisa Arovaara, Jerome
Bouix, HR Director Hilkka-Maija Katajisto, Senior Partner Olli
Liitola, and the Heads of Teams and Senior Partners Tuomo Raasio
(CapMan Buyout), Petri Niemi (CapMan Technology), Petri Saavalainen
(CapMan Russia), Jukka Ruuska (CapMan Public Market), Markku Hietala
(CapMan Real Estate) and deputy Head of CapMan Buyout Kai Jordahl
will continue as members of the Management Group.
