At the meeting held on  September 3,2009 the Supervisory Board of the Lietuvos
elektrine AB re-elected the Management Board. 
The newly elected Management Board Members are: Henrikas Bernatavičius ,       
 Pranas Noreika ,   Rolandas Jankauskas , Vytautas Vazalinskas, Laimonas 
Lukočius .
