Alita AB - Notification on material event

AB "Alita" allocated funding

AB "Alita" reports that Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania has
allocated funding to the implementation of the projects “Export Promotion of AB
Alita Alcoholic Drinks” and “Export Promotion of AB Alita and AB Anyksciu Vynas
Apple Products and Research of New Opportunities” in the amount of LTL 200
thousand for an each project according to the European Union Structural
Assistance Use Strategy of Lithuania for the period 2007-2013 and according to
the Implementing Measure „New Opportunities“ of Second Priority of Action
Program „Increasing of Business Productivity and Improving Environment for the
Business“. Both projects are funded (by 70 per cent of their total value) by
European Union Regional Development fund. Predictable end of Project is
July-August 2012.
