Componenta Corporation’s issuance of convertible capital loan of EUR 40 million

Componenta Corporation has on 11 May 2016 announced the acceptance of
subscriptions for a convertible capital loan of EUR 40 million and discharge of
secured bank loans and a secured bond. 

Componenta Corporation has on 16 May 2016 issued a convertible capital loan of
EUR 40 million and discharged of secured bank loans and a secured bond. As a
result of the arrangement, the amount of the company’s secured debt has
decreased by more than EUR 72 million.
