ADDITION TO THE RELEASE ON TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF 2002B OPTION RIGHTS          

As of the record date for dividend payment 24 April 2007, each Ramirent 2002B   
option right entitles to subscribe for eight (8) shares with the subscription   
price of EUR 1.195 per share as of the record date for dividend payment 24 April
2007.
