Unaudited performance results of AB Panevėžio statybos trestas and the Company Group for 2011

Referring to the unaudited data, the Company Group of Panevėžio statybos
trestas AB (PST) was on the income of 285.5 mln. Litas (82.7 mln. EUR), that is
by 42.4 percents more than last year and made before tax profit amounting to
3.6 mln. Litas (1.04 mln. EUR). Last year before tax profit amounted to 19 mln.
Litas (5.5 mln. EUR). The company was on the income of 218.7 mln. Litas (63.3
mln. EUR) and made before tax profit in the amount of 4.6 mln. Litas (1.3 mln.
EUR). In 2010 the before tax profit of the company amounted to 11.2 mln. Litas
(3.2 mln. EUR).
