Regarding claim on applied interim measures

Alytus, Lithuania, 2011-12-09 14:41 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pursuant to
notification on material event dated 28 November 2011, Įmonių grupė „ALITA“, AB
(the Company) informed that the Local Court of Alytus Region (the Court)  by
ruling of 25 November 2011(the Ruling) dismissed the procedural request of the
Privatisation Agency of the Republic of Serbia to freeze the funds of the
Company in order to secure enforcement of the possible future arbitral award of
the Foreign Trade Court of Arbitration at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, but
applied interim measures on certain property of the Company. On 5 December 2011
the Company appealed the Ruling and requested immediate annulment of all
interim measures applied to the Company. 

The Company informs that on 9 December 2011 it has also submitted a request to
the Court for securing the recovery of possible damages that may result from
application of the said interim measures. For securing the compensation of
possible damages to the Company, the Company requests the Court to order the
Privatisation Agency of the Republic of Serbia to furnish a security in the
amount of 9 097 773 LTL.
