1.	Recall of members of the Company's Supervisory Council and election of new
ones. 

To recall Company's Supervisory Council (comprised of Robertas Pažemeckas,
Romusas Jarulaitis, and Artūras Kanapienis) and appoint Robertas Pažemeckas,
Romusas Jarulaitis, and Audrius Valečka as new members of the Company‘s
Supervisory Council. 


2.	Selection of the audit company.

To choose Nepriklausomas auditas UAB for purpose of performing audit of the
consolidated financial statements for the year 2010 .
