New Amer Sports shares registered with the Trade Register

STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE
October 26, 2009 at 4:30 pm

A total of 48,471,734 new shares were subscribed for in Amer Sports
Corporation's ("Amer Sports") rights offering. The subscription
period for the offering ended on October 19, 2009.

All the new shares have been registered with the Trade Register on
October 26, 2009. Following the registration, the total number of
Amer Sports' shares is 121,517,285 shares. The new shares include the
right to dividends and other distributions as well as other
shareholder rights as from the registration date of October 26, 2009.

Trading in the new shares alongside the existing shares will commence
on October 27, 2009.
