Suomen Hoivatilat Oyj: disclosure under chapter 9, section 10 of the Securities
Market Act

Suomen Hoivatilat Oyj ("Hoivatilat") has received a notification pursuant to
chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Market Act from Partnera Oy, according to
which the aggregate ownership of shares and votes in Hoivatilat of Nurture
Property Holding Oy and Nurture Real Estate Holding Oy, entities in Partnera
Oy's control, has fallen below the threshold of 20% following an event changing
the breakdown of shares or voting rights on 28 March 2017. Nurture Property
Holding Oy holds 12.17% and Nurture Real Estate Holding Oy holds 6.68% of all
shares and votes in Hoivatilat.

Hoivatilat has been informed by Partnera Oy that after the crossing of the
notification threshold Partnera Oy holds indirectly 18.85% of the shares in
Suomen Hoivatilat Oyj though two subsidiaries 100% owned by Partnera Oy.
Partnera Oy's subsidiary Nurture Property Holding Oy holds 12.17% of the shares
in the target company and subsidiary Nurture Real Estate Holding Oy holds 6.68%
of the shares in the target company.
