Concerning the chairman of the Supervisory Council and the new Management Board of the company

  The Supervisory Council of Klaipedos baldai AB on 20 Sepember 2012 resolved:

  1. To elect Egidijus Valentinavičius as the chairman of the Supervisory
     Counsil.

     2. To elect Vytautas Vaškys, Rasa Žvirblienė and Eimuntas Jankauskas as
members of the new Management Board of the Company.
