Regarding execution of the loan agreement

Alytus, Lithuania, 2011-06-28 09:49 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 27/06/2011 the
Company has made a loan agreement with its subsidiary AB „ANYKŠČIŲ VYNAS“ (code
254111650, registered office Dariaus ir Girėno g. 8, Anykščiai, Lithuania),
according to which AB „ANYKŠČIŲ VYNAS“ has committed to lend the Company LTL
2,9 mln. from the revenue available of the sale of all shares in its subsidiary
UAB „VILKMERGĖS ALUS“ (code 122016951, registered address Antakalnio III km.,
Ukmergės raj., Lithuania). The whole loan shall be used to cover the Company's
credit to AB Šiaulių bankas.
