EB will release the following financial reports in 2010:

-          Financial Statement 2009, February 16, 2010, at 8.00 am.
-          Interim Report January - March 2010, April 29, 2010, at 8.00 am.
-          Interim Report January - June 2010, August 6, 2010, at 8.00 am.
-          Interim Report January - September 2010, October 28, 2010, at 8.00
am.

EB's Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday March 25, 2010 at 1.00 pm,
and the Annual Report 2009 will be published on Thursday, March 4, 2010.

EB observes a three weeks silent period prior to announcing its financial
reports. In 2010 the silent periods are as follows:

January 26, - February 16, 2010
April 8, - April 29, 2010
July 16, - August 6, 2010
October 7, - October 28, 2010
