Activity results for the first quarter of 2009 and unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements for the period ended 31 March 2009

Consolidated unaudited net loss of Sanitas, AB group amounted to LTL 13,013
thousand (€ 3,769 thousand). EBITDA of Sanitas, AB group amounted to LTL 9,985
thousand (€ 2,892 thousand). Group sales for the first quarter of 2009 amounted
to LTL 64,043 thousand (€ 18.548 thousand).
