PUBLICATION OF CIRCULAR

Ruukki Group Plc ("Ruukki" or the "Company") (LSE: RKKI, OMX: RUG1V) announces
that, further to the announcement published earlier today, the Company has
published a Circular in connection with the proposed related party transaction
comprising the arrangements between Ruukki and Kermas Limited relating to the
proposed acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Elektrowerk
Weisweiler GmbH and the termination of the Profit and Loss Sharing Arrangement,
Ruukki Lock-up Arrangements and the Management Agreement.

Terms and expressions in this announcement shall, unless the context otherwise
requires, have the same meanings as given to them in the Circular.

A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism
("NSM") and will shortly be available for inspection on the NSM's website at
www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
