Preliminary operating results of 2008 and interim information of the 12 months of 2008

We provide financial information regarding 12 months of 2008

The Company‘s unaudited operating results during the four quarters of 2008
according to the International Accounting Principles: 

-unaudited profit before taxes LTL 33.04 million (EUR 9.6 million) (in the
previous year - profit before taxes - LTL 11.17 million or EUR 3.2 million
EUR); 
-the Company‘s earnings during 12 months of 2008 amounted to LTL 119.6 million
or EUR 34.6 million (in the previous year - the earnings were - LTL 78.66
million or EUR 22.8 million). 

The targeted profit before taxes for the year 2008 was LTL 8.8 million (EUR 2.5
million), the actual profit - LTL 33.04 million (EUR 9.6 million). The targeted
earnings - LTL 79.86 million (EUR 23.1 million), actual earnings LTL 119.6
million (EUR 34.6 million). 
The anticipated transshipment of oil products increased by 1.4 time and it
determined these fine results (it was planned to reload 5.8 million tones,
actually 8.2 million tones were transshipped).
