Notice on material event regarding adjustment of accounting records of shares of Įmonių grupė „ALITA“, AB due to reduction of authorised capital

„ALITA“, AB, a company established and functioning under laws of the Republic
of Lithuania, legal entity code 302444238, registered address at Miškininkų g.
17, Alytus, the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter - the Company), data about
the Company is collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities, hereby
informs that, having completed the procedure of reduction of the authorized
capital of the Company, on 6 October 2011 the accounting records of ordinary
registered shares of the Company were adjusted. Instead of the previously
registered issue of ordinary registered shares, the size of which was 27 153
793 registered shares, the issue of 3 126 000 ordinary registered shares was
registered, i.e. 24 027 793 ordinary registered shares were annulled. 

The shares issue of the Company consists of 3 126 000 ordinary registered
shares with the nominal value of each share amounting to LTL 1. 

We hereby inform that after the annulment of part of shares as a result of
decrease of authorised capital the VP ISIN code of the Company remains
unchanged - LT0000128266.
