Regarding the equity capital of company group ALITA AB

AB (hereinafter, the “Company”): Related to restoration of the equity capital
of the Company which is to be discussed in the repeated extraordinary general
meeting of shareholders of the Company scheduled for 24 January 2013, 

hereby informs that according to the Company's information on preliminary
unaudited financial results of the Company for the year ended on 31 December
2012, the equity capital of the Company corresponds to the requirements
foreseen in the Law on Companies of the Republic of Lithuania. 

The Company notes that the data based on which the aforementioned value of the
equity capital of the Company was established, has not been audited and it may
change subject to the audit of the set of annual financial statements of the
Company for 2012.
