general meeting in 2011 on the following dates:

Immediately after the release of the results, the reports will be available on
BankNordik´s website, www.banknordik.fo 

Any shareholder who proposes business to be transacted at the annual general
meeting on March 25, 2011, must submit the proposal(s) to the Chairman and/or
the Board of Directors Secretariat not later than Tuesday, February 1, 2011, at
4pm.
