The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday 12 March 2015.

Pöyry PLC will observe silent time prior to announcing its results. The silent
time periods in 2015 are as follows:

Financial statement release: when the result of November is known to the company
and until 3 February 2015.

Interim report January - March:   13 April - 4 May 2015

Interim report January - June:     8-29 July 2015

Interim report January - September:        6-27 October 2015
