Notification about acquisition of a block of shares

AB Ukio bankas, with register code 112020136, address: 25 Maironio str.,
LT-44250 Kaunas. 

On 27 October 2010 AB Ukio bankas received a notification from shareholder
InCompleks LLC about acquisition of voting rights (see attachment). The
declared reached limit - 5 percent. On the day the declared limit was crossed
(i.e. 25 October 2010), InCompleks LLC owned 5.91 percent voting rights at
the general shareholders' meeting of AB Ukio bankas.
