Regarding signature of UAB Technologijų ir inovacijų centras shares and changes of authorized capital

LESTO AB (hereby - LESTO), identification code 302577612, registered office
placed at Žvejų str. 14, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The total number of
registered ordinary shares issued by company is 603 944 593; ISIN code
LT0000128449. 

LESTO informs, that on 10 July, 2014 the new edition of the articles of
association of LESTO associated company UAB Technologijų ir inovacijų centras
were registered in the Register of Legal Entities with the increased authorized
capital. UAB Technologijų ir inovacijų centras authorized capital was increased
from 10 000 to 20 000 000. 

By increasing UAB Technologijų ir inovacijų centras authorized capital LESTO
signed  4 442 222 units of the newly issued shares. After UAB Technologijų ir
inovacijų centras authorized capital increase, LESTO percentage of total shares
of UAB Technologijų ir inovacijų centras increased from 20 percent to 22.22
percent. 

Technologijų ir inovacijų centras UAB provides IT infrastructure maintenance
and support services for the companies operating in the sector of energy.
