The Board of Directors of Tecnotree Corporation is pleased to announce that it
has reached an agreement with Atul Chopra and others, whereby all parties have
withdrawn all claims and accusations against each other. As a result of the
said Settlement, the Board of Directors has agreed to release certain former
Lifetree shareholders that at the time of the acquisition of Lifetree received
Tecnomen shares, from their three year prohibition to sell shares. 

Furthermore, the Board of Directors of Tecnotree Corporation has decided not to
convene an extraordinary general meeting as previously announced. 

Mr. Chopra shall continue to serve on the Board of Directors of Tecnotree and
as the Managing Director and CEO of Tecnotree's Indian subsidiary Tecnotree
Convergence Ltd with a special focus on key customers and new business
opportunities.
