CHANGES IN PÖYRY'S GROUP EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AND HEAD OF THE FOREST
INDUSTRY BUSINESS GROUP

The President and CEO of Pöyry PLC, Mr. Heikki Malinen will take over
as of 24 April 2009 and until further notice the duties of the
President of the Forest Industry business group beside his own
position. At the same time the current holder of the position, Mr.
John Lindahl has been appointed Senior Vice President, Key Account
Management of the Forest Industry business group. When assuming his
new duties, Mr. Lindahl will not continue as a member of the Group
Executive Committee. The search for a new President of the Forest
Industry business group has been initiated.
