company „Lietuvos Energija”, incorporated and existing under the laws of the
Republic of Lithuania, with its legal entity code 220551550 and registered
address at Elektrinės g.21, Elektrėnai (hereinafter referred to as the
Company), whose data is collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities,
hereby reports on the unaudited activity results of the year 2010. 

The company's revenues from continuing operation in 2010 amounted to LTL 982
604 (in 2009 - LTL 291 907). 

The company's earnings before tax and suspended activities in 2010 amounted to
LTL 93 013 (in 2009 - LTL 98 987). 

The company's net profit in 2010 amounted to LTL 45 963 (in 2009 - LTL 28 994).
