SOLTEQ PLC: RELEASE ON CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP SHARES IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 2 SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

Solteq Plc Stock Exchange Release 23.3.2012 at 2.30PM

Solteq Plc has received from Profiz Business Solution Oyj notification, as
stated in Chapter 2 Section 9 of the Securities Markets Act, of changes to the
owned number of shares and changes to voting rights arising from shares in
Solteq Plc owned by Profiz Business Solution Oyj. 

Based on the notification and Chapter 2 section 10 of the Securities Markets
Act, the company gives notification of the following:

On March 23, 2012, the new shares of Solteq Plc has been registered to the
Finnish Trade Register which has increased the total amount of share capital.

Exact proportion of shares and votes of the company:
Profiz Business Solution Oyj ownership share is less than one-tenth (10%) of
the threshold after the directed share issue carried out.

registered to the Finnish Trade Register 1 384 823 Solteq Plc shares, which
represent 9,2 per cent of the Company´s shares and votes after the
registration.
