SRV sold 69 developer-contracted residential units in July-September

SRV sold 69 residential units in the third quarter. Thus housing sales were at
the same level as in the second quarter of the year when SRV sold 64
residential units. In July-September last year, 85 residential units were sold.
Housing demand has been strongly focused on smaller homes and there is even a
lack of smaller apartments. The demand for luxury apartments has slowed down
significantly and therefore SRV has decided to lower the prices of its
apartments selectively at two special projects in Helsinki and Espoo. The
average reductions are around eight per cent and are focused particularly on
larger apartments.
