In accordance with chapter 2, section 9, of the Securities Market
Act, OP Bank Group Central Cooperative has reported us that
investment funds administered by their subsidiary OP Fund Management
Company Ltd have on 23 May 2007 subscribed for the convertible
promissory notes entitling them to subscribe for 760,000 shares of
Incap Corporation. If OP Fund Management Company Ltd applies the
subscription right in its entity, OP Bank Group Central Cooperative's
holdings of the share capital and votes of Incap Corporation exceeds
5%.
